Agreed. This is a rare time when a standard photoshop effect works well in a picture. It enhances it instead of making it amateur hour. The purples are higlighted nicely and the stamens? (long time since biology class!) are nice and sharp.

The radial blur was a nice touch. It mimicks and accents the shape of the flower!

I love this image. It looks like its going to jump out at me. Looking at it doesn't make me think about love or hate... but none the less, great picture.

It's post-processed indeed. The original shot was not bad but I tried to make it a bit special, I used photoshop's radial blur filter.

I really like the DOF here, or perhaps the way it was post processed to show it (not sure exactly!). I just got my first passion flower blooms this week, and mine looks quite a bit different from yours so I was glad to see this!
