I just re-did my watch dial with Luminova. This type of phosphorescent compound, once charged, can glow all through the night. About 10 times longer than conventional pigments. Perfectly safe and non-radioactive. I'm not quite a watch collector yet as I've only a few watches. But I am a beginning watchmaker hobbiest. The most important aspect of watchmaking is time -- patience is definitely a virtue here.
