My town doesn't have a real "park", per se, but this one is only five minutes from my home.
I made the most I could out of this as it was a very grey day today.

Very scenic place, and good colours, especially considering it was a grey day. I think I would have liked a bit more surroundings in the frame, though. -Maarten.

A week from tomorrow I will return to work part-time - I think it might be awhile til I can carry my camera with me. But you never know - it's not inconceivable that I could take a trip in on the weekend sometime. Only time will tell and I'm trying hard to take each day as it comes.

I agree with Jano. I also like the people in the shot. The shot's composed nicely and the people do add a sense of scale.

Looks great Penny - There's nothing wrong with focusing on some people in the park also, if it is representative of fun in the park :) jano

Thanks YB and K. No fish in the pond - a lot of geese live there (though today they were all on the baseball field - kind of funny). It's a popular place to walk because of the path that goes all the way around. And there's a playground on the far end so young families like it too. In the fall the reflections are really pretty.

Grey day = Great day in Singapore. It is not only "acceptable" hot but you also don't have that increadible contrast in shadows. Lovely and peaceful place. Good for jogging or just to sit with a good book.
