A pot with a heart

Not quite sure what the name of the plant is but I gotta give it to it. I have it for 5 months now water it whenever I remember, looks well cool and above all it's still alive! and yes its a real plant :)

It looks like a cactus without any sticklers. Nice green and red contrast of colors. And very cheerful indeed.
