Good framing; makes it interesting. And good array of grayshades too. B&W is definitely a good choice here. -Maarten.

Love the glow of the wet pavement squares and the women (especially in bw) and her reflection add just the right touch! Great picture. Penny Street

I for one like this crop as it shows the space that a vertical would not. This works so well in b&w also. jano

Took a look at a portrait crop, but it did not work. It made the woman the sole subject of the image - while in reality the object is a woman walking through a shower, which requires space around her to walk through.

Good wet. I like the contrasty bw. The contrast of humanity and rectangular pavement makes it work. -tv

I like the BW conversion. Well composed but I think a 5x7 vertical crop would fit a tad better then the square crop.

I love the picture but I'm not sure I love this crop. Just a touch of the umbrella is very fine.

They obviously,k2, haven't got your good taste.
I'll take a look at the copping suggestion.

I wonder if this would be more efficient if cropped to portrait format. Anyway, love the reflections, and just enough of the umbrella is visible to see that it matches the garment. Some nice "footwork" here also.. why haven't the guys commented on that..perhaps the heels are too low lol

the hint of an umbrella and the lovely reflection, very nicely taken - Debi

Not the shower scene Rod was looking for. Looks good in black and white. -Doug
