The yellow stars of incandescent light seem to grow out of the sunset and contrast nicely with the blue twilight sky. -tv

The arrow made finding a car much easier. A few years back a friend of mine went through 3 Pro1's until he got one with no lens dust. -Doug

I like the deserted look to the street and the effect the long exposure has on the lights. The lights lead my eyes around the image searching for something in the dark street. CJ

No.. I asked because I think I see one spot of dust here at 11 o'clock. The PS patch-tool is excellent for those.

No filter K2. On the dust question, my guess would be, as the lens body slides in and out, very very fine particles could be drawn into the body. Have you checked previous discussions on the Canon Talk Forum?

The lamp posts seem to shape a circle, nice, and the star effect is nice as well. Did you use a filter? (And can anyone explain how a G9 can have sensor dust..)

But Rod, if you look close enough you can see two cars (not carts) :)

Thanks for the comment Rod. I did take some shots with light streaks, but rejected them. I wanted to convey the lack of traffic (especially at night)- which is very notice able compared to London.

Rod
I think some car light streaks would give this picy a lift but seeing as though its in Llanelli maybe some streaks from the oil lamps hanging from the horse & carts:-)
