Yes I get the f stops confused with the f1.8 to f16.
Maybe I have to test this out more as I have used a bigger f stop and my picture was overexposed. And the smaller the number for this lens, I get sharper results......

The lighting & composition is a treat here a. Well done Suey. Just a point about F stops, F16 lets in less light than F4.5. The bigger the number the smaller the hole is for passing light, F2.8 is a much bigger hole than F 32. We tend to call say F16 a small F stop & F2.8 is a big F stop.
The above is if I read your comment correctly a:-)

Thanks for the encourging comments. Its hard to come up with three in a row that I would like. I shoot in P or Av but in this shot, I shot in P mode. I sometimes think with this lens, if I shot in f 16, it might let in too much light?

Terrific greens. The corn gives the barn/house a sense of purpose. -Doug

Again, this has a nice soft, rolling feel to it, I wonder what this would look like at f16 (not better, just different). Penny Street
