Dragonflies are carnivores. The stick is about 2' above the algae in the pond below. I "baited" the dragonfly by sticking the stick in the mud and waiting for one to land on it. They're suckers for a good perch above a pond. Thanks for the comment, Tom. Cheers, -mikey

Do they eat that stuff Mikey? The pov is confusing me but I guess the stick is on the surface of the water although it doesn't quite look it. When it comes down to looking for triangles, the dragonfly itself seems to play a more convincing role. -tv
