Add me to the list! Brightly-colored tulips dancing across the table with a fantastic bokah backdrop! Lots of interest in this one! shu

Very nice line of tulips against the blur of the park.

I went back there yesterday and was surprised to see these tulips have almost completely lost their color already. I guess it moved into summer too quickly.
Thanks for the comment, Doug. Penny Street

The lighting is so good the tulips look like they are reaching for it. Most of all I like the symbolic nature of it with the pinks of spring sprouting into the browns of winter. -Doug

Lovely Penny! The perspective is really good and the composition is great with the benches and trees on either side and the building in the (almost) middle and the contrast of the beautiful pinks against the neutral tones of the city. Very nice! CJ

Rod said it already but I would like to add that the low pov makes it all possible.. and unique. Great shot. -tv

thanks Rod, Brent, and Sharon. I didn't post this one right away as I was feeling a little trepidacious so I'm glad you like it. Penny Street

I agree with Rod that this is beautiful work Penny. I like that swirly bokeh effect in the background that almost looks like that thermal distortion over a hot campfire. The light on the tulips looks great too. Very nice!

The overcast light coming through the petals & lovely natural looking colouring makes this a real standout against the blurred subdued brown tinged buildings. The magic touch for me to set this picy up as a great shot is the seemingly unimportant table & chairs, they add a real narrative to the picy.
Technically, visually & artistically this must be one of your best picys, at least top three anyhow.
Fantastic picy megirl.
