Lovely rainy day tulips! It almost looks like it's raining red raindrops with the bokeh from those lights. The pedestrian adds an interesting element to the upper right corner too. CJ

I agree with Rod about the colors work and for once, a drippy flower makes sense. I see you didn't lose the day from the rain. -tv
