.. and they're all looking at something different that we don't know what it is (or, in my experience, it could just be that that's what new yorkers look like or, in this case, it is what one does when one comes to visit).

The bloke with the earphones & the head & shoulders above the wall adds so much character & counterpoint to the two photographically boring tourists. Excellenti mate.

Well seen and captured. A couple on the right are may be tourists doing a break from shopping stress. The gentlemen on the left, suppose, is enjoying his short lunch time. Remember suich a scenes on NY streets.
