You're a good sort, dt, to take my ribbing so genially. *grin* ~Lydia

Thanks much for the kind praise, everyone. When I lived back east there was a branch bank in the local small town supermarket. Very handy.

sue anne, I doubt she knew I was photographing, the LX3 is a really tiny black camera with a 24mm f:2 equiv lens & I've gotten pretty good at taking shots like this on-the-fly. Supermarkets & bigbox stores are wonderfully surreal. ;)

Great shot! You mean you don't have banking in your grocery stores? I'm stunned. We've had them in many of our stores for a long time. And at the price of food today, I think you very well could leave the title at "Loan Shopper" as you just about need a loan now to buy food! :-) CJ

Nice line of composition and wonder if she knew you were shooting her? ;)

LOL...sometimes my typing fingers get ahead of my brain...sigh. But, who knows, with today's economy banks and supermarkets might do well to merge. Think how convenient that would be. You could float a loan for tonight's dinner while the banks could keep your cold hard cash in the freezers. ;^) ~dtallakson

Fabulous, xray! I really like this one. I thought at first she was shopping for loans... and now I see she's a Lone Shopper. *grin* I got a good chuckle over the typo. Well done, xray. ~Lydia

I really like this. The gleaming refrigerator doors mirror each other and the great reflections on the floor. Of course, the loan shopper sets the whole thing off. I think if there had been more shoppers it wouldn't have the same impact. Nicely done. ~dtallakson
