I thought you changed the title. The new one is very funny. ~dtallakson

Thanks, folks. You're right... I think.

What do you think of the new title??? Is it hilarious!? *grin* ~Lydia

It isn't a frog. It's a *picture* of a frog. Much easier to deal with, if anyone should happen to have an irrational frog fobia. Fear of snakes is common anyhow, but I've *never* heard of fear for frogs..

Aaaand... great picture :)

Lydia, I wouldn't worry about that. I know people who are scared of dogs....even puppies! I know others who are scared of birds. There will always be someone scared of something. Your frog pictures are too cute not to share them. ~dtallakson

Lydia, from what I've seen so far they appear "cute" and "funny". The way you portray them should not offend anyone, especially the pictures in this challenge. Add some amusing captions such as on this is very funny!

Some people are irrationally afraid of frogs... (as I am about snakes) What do you think about that being all over the walls? I really want to know. I sound a bit snippy, I think... but I'm not meaning to. ~Lydia

I have to put my 2 cents in too and I agree with the suggestions made by others here. You have a great talent and it will certainly put smiles on spread some cheer all around.

Agree with Mary Anne and Brent. Do it Lydia. I know I would if I have such cute pics of frogs.

I've only had frog legs once in my life. Another precious frog shot Lydia. I don't think I will ever tire of them. -Doug

I'm in agreement about the froggy show Lydia. You're already famous among the challenges so it's time to step out into the real world. I for one am constantly surprised at what's next from you. Nice work. -tv

Well now... I admit you're tugging at my heart strings telling me about kids being happier looking at my images... I live in a small town, Brent. I'll look into it. ~Lydia

You know Mary Anne might be on to something Lydia. You must have way more than enough frog images for a show by now. They might not be a good fit for most coffeehouse galleries, etc. But most of them put a smile on a face and would be great for a hospital where uplifting images are important. Children are fascinated with frogs too and a wall near a kids section of a library would be a good fit as well. Go approach some places, you have nothing to lose- well just some printing costs maybe. You could probably use just simple frames for them.

Another cute frogie picy Lydia, although it looks like his bowl is a little gray, especially contrasting with the bright white border. Maybe it needs a little color correction and/or brightening? CJ

Hmm... thanks, Mary Anne... but I don't know if I'm good enough for that... and I'd be embarrassed to ask, in case they laughed at me. *sigh* I'd rather have my friends here laugh at me... it's so much easier to take. :)
Reptilian border... what a great idea! Rod should LOVE that... :) ~Lydia

Lydia, if you haven't already done so, you have to do a "frog" show somewhere. Public libraries and hospitals often have display walls that they're eager to fill.

great lines, lovely little critter (I can't imagine how you get him to stay in there?). Have you ever thought of creating reptilian borders? Penny Street
Rod 18-Jan-2009 03:49
Blimey I didn't see the borders on the dish.........They're everywhere:-)
An amphibian a, well then....Even though you're a hopeless housewife you're a great photographer of our reptilian & amphibian friends:-)
ctfchallenge18-Jan-2009 03:10
The border has to match the dish, Rod! EVERYBODY knows that. *grin*
A frog is an amphibian. :) ~Lydia
Rod 18-Jan-2009 02:54
Ah of course it's a Lydia, who else would put ten borders on an image:-) Anyhow even though you're a hopeless housewife you're a great photographer of our reptilian friends.........Hang on, is a frog a reptile!
ctfchallenge18-Jan-2009 02:34
Look at the border, Rod. Proof. *grin* ~Lydia
Rod 18-Jan-2009 01:25
Before I comment on this picy I will need proof that it's really a Lydia picy:-)

LOL...Lydia, this is wonderful and so funny, too! Thanks for the chuckle. ~dtallakson
