I got roses and a shiny new pot

I may try this again later. Any suggestions for color balance?
The pot is from my mom.

Why don't you just do the roses and the pot separately? Unless, of course, you're able to capture them equally in focus. I don't think the large OOF area in front adds anything to the photo. Or maybe you could put the roses behind the pot, as OOF backgrounds are not a problem.

I agree with Rod about the lettering looking really good but the rose taking up too much of the image. A crop off the top and left side would make the lettering more prominent. Nice pot you have there! :-) CJ

of course I gave the roses equal importance (or better).
But maybe that's why one shouldn't post picys of more than one present at a time.

WB doesn't look to be an issue to me either. -Doug

The pot wiv the writing looks perfect to me, the only thing is the rose trying to get equal viewing time. I burnt in the rose to make it less distracting so the pot is number one. I stuck em in Pending.
