Very nicely done Penny, I like the close framing. Is his jacket only half on, or isit half off? His left shoulder seems to be just shirt but intellectuals are known for not being able to dress themselves:-)

Not boring at all but a well executed portrait in not-so-easy lighting. Very appealing capture projects him as a pleasing personality. The centered eye communicates so directly as it pulls us into his world. -tv

Yes, hand held after at least one glass of wine. (Could my new lens do better at high ISO? it seems to, but I really don't know if that could be) This was at my company holiday party. Penny Street
