That's a great attitude Penny, your picys are your picys & that's as it should be. I remember when I was younger & into photography there was a feeling that joining a camera club could be detrimental to your own photography because you start shooting what you think others in the group would like.
Rod - I really appreciate all your suggestions. And I'll admit that I probably like the black and white more. (I knew this picture was missing something). But the color version is mine, and I don't want to use your idea so I'll leave it for now.
Maybe I'll find another bw to work on...Thanks for the time and effort involved in doing this for me. Penny Street
A lesser mind like mine would have impulsively cropped out the street lines for a cleaner image but since you didn't, I can see as a much more powerful analogy for life as they relate to the carefree type girl "bouncing" along but approaching decision point in her life. Maybe having children in college makes this an ever present thought in my mind and a dilemma for them. -tv

Don't let the lack of comments sway you too much Penny as this picy shows your really keen eye. I really like all the ingredients here & it shows me you not only have an eye for straight ahead street picys & looking up picys but looking down picys too. The only thing that might be missing is a bit of tension (wotever that is) I made this into a B&W which seemed to add some ahrty tension but whether it's a better picy for this challenge I don't know. One thing I do miss in the B&W is the red toe nails:-) I stuck it in Pending.
Thanks for humoring me, Rod. These feet belong to a girl, much much younger than myself, who was bouncing across the pavement. It didn't really qualify as sexy in my opinion but go ahead and fantasize. Thanks for the comment too. Penny Street
