Well Hindi and 21 other Indian languages are recognised. English is also an official language. Its very common in the cities. Good means of communication as there are so many people, speaking so many different languages. We usually speak English at work with a sprinkle of Hindi thrown in. I speak English at home as my hubby's Bengali is sketchy. Its a bit complicated.

Debi just out of interest I'm not too clear on the language of India, the writing on the car is in English. I know there's probably lots of different dialects around so is English the common language for all Indians? Do the politicians in parliament talk in English or Indian? In Quebec Canada, English & French seem to coexist together, is this how it is in India?

I know the smidgen of C being cut-off also irritated me. But the other shots were worse. Thanks for your feedback - Debi

I think if it weren't for the cut off lettering this would be really great Debi. I almost submitted an image of just a sliver car door with a yellow parking lamp and a seam running off into one corner in a recent challenge and this reminds me of it.
