BTW, the lens was is Canon 24-105mm 1:4 L IS USM - not the macro listed.

Thank you Rod, Angioman, CJ, and Tom. I know I was pushing the subject matter a bit but couldn't resist posting. I'll move it to pending later. The 5D does perform great in low light, high ISO. I did a minor noise reduction but not much and slight small amount of USM.

Those 5D's are impressive. This really is a nice pic of Sammy. As already said, a bit more mouth might help put this more on topic.

Lovely cat portrait Troy. Sammy does looks pretty serious but I think I detect a bit of a smile there! :-) CJ

Nevermind - looks like the lens listed is a mistake based on your focal length. That makes more sense anyway. - angioman

Great exposure and sharpness Troy - interesting use of that Macro. Use a flash? Sammy seems a bit more "pensive" than "smiley".

Wow this picy is as clear as a bell for Iso 3200. Did you need to do noise reduction or is this the benefits of full frame? I wish we could see more of his mouth to get the implied smile across. Great picy mate.
