it's really not that bad - this is an outtake of a really pretty one... but I liked the light in her eyes here... so I'll go for that grundge look. Levels, filter for b&w, sharpen... done. jano

Thanks Lydia, Cat, and Yvonne. I did a series of b&w's of her this w/e to go with a large portrait i have of her. they can be viewed here http://www.pbase.com/jstrong/all_amber_all_the_time

I rarely think of doing photographs in b&w, but I really find them more dramatic. I only wish I would have had the chance to take some landscapes for this challenge.
