Very good! Yes, it's glass and saucer of Turkish tea, sitting on a lava lamp light base and shot from above. Turkish tea is always served in small, tulip-shaped glasses with a matching saucer. This one has a gold rim both on the saucer and the cup, and part of what you see is the reflection of the tea in that gold rim on the cup.

Looks like a cup and saucer -- the cup with a very high polish inside of it with some cool reflections. Pleasing overall!
Hint: There are two objects in the photo, plus a beverage that some people might drink at "high" time. Or they just might drink it at any time. And no, nothing's in motion!
No, there's no PS distortion involved here, amazingly enough. The image has been centered and the background made a uniform black, but that's all the PS I used. The cup with something in it was on the right track, but what the person thought was a cup isn't a cup. Hint: This is an everyday item in Turkey (and probably the Middle East).

I think it a shot into a light fixture with a unique light bulb or a little PS distortion on the bulb. - Pops
