This is my neighbor, Fred or Ethel (can only distinguish if they are side-by-side), coming in to its perch for a handout.
I must confess working on it over the past year or two I have "trained" them to come to this perch I installed when I appear on the beach.
This shot it was returning to the perch after devouring a snack.
