Went out this morning to see Union Pacific's Big Boy Steam Engine as it passed through Western New York on its way to Philadelphia. Absolutely amazing engineering. (Some editing done to remove a few people who were too close in my opinion!)

There are few more beautiful examples of the merging to technology and art than steam locomotives. Yes, the technology is from a previous era but there is a timeless romance surrounding the power of steam. A wonderful capture with stellar clarity and detail.
