A couple of nights in the upper 20s finally froze the ground a bit, so we were able to get out in the yard without the mud. We also got a notification of our first of the season Winter Storm Watch for potential Lake Effect Snow greater than 7". I'll believe it when I see it.

Mud season is a bane of dogowners, so a hard frost is a boon. What a gorgeous shot here, and I think Kodi approves!

Lovely setting, and it must be more fun without the mud. The snow sounds marvelous to somebody who doesn't get much, if any.
