The roads at home vs. the roads just 20 miles away this afternoon. Supposedly the NYS Thruway in the lower photo will get at least two feet of snow starting tonight through Saturday morning per the current forecast, but a slight shift in the winds can send the lake effect snow just about anywhere. I think it would be fun to be Mother Nature.

they told at our local news that they move the football teams to detroit due to the lake effect around buffalo!!!

Such a huge difference, and hard to believe they're only 20 miles apart! I keep hearing more and more dire forecasts for your area, so hope you'll be OK. Also heard the game may be canceled this weekend :-(.
