My daughter came over a day early for Father's Day and made dinner and dessert for me. Dinner was pan-seared salmon with garlic lemon pan sauce and a warm grilled zucchini/arugula salad with corn, tomatoes and goat cheese. Dessert was vanilla panna cotta, with mixed berry sauce. Yum!
