Matchbox Superfast Citroen S.M. - No. 51 - 1971

Tried using the R5’s focus stacking feature. It worked pretty well, but I think I could have used a few more than 10 shots in the stack.

As a kid, I wanted an SM - my dad and my brothers all had 2CVs, DSs, CXs and various other Citroens but it was always the SM for me!

I've been trying focus-stacking too, but manually. For a shot with this physical depth, perhaps something more like 15 or so exposures would have ensured front-to-back focus? It's all trial and error of course :o)

One of the hardest things about this kind of shot is removing every speck of dust first. You did a fine job.

never try that techic but i saw what it can do
probably with the extra shots the back of the car
would be more clean, great work!
