Albus scoffs at the "winter storm warning" as he is always safe inside (as all pet cats should be IMHO)
and because as usual, the National Weather Service has once again grossly overestimated the snowfall forecast ...
at least up to 5 pm today!

Hmm, I think he's taking quite an interest in whatever is outside. Toffee is allowed out for short periods during the day. This time of year he quickly patrols the garden in the morning and retires inside where he can be found relaxing for the rest of the day. In a version of the stone wet, raining, stone dry, fine, I say, cat in, weather bad, cat out, weather fine.
