Homemade Krupnik

When we were in Philadelphia a couple of weekends ago, we met a guy who offered us
some of his homemade krupnik, which is a Polish honey liquor full of wonderful spices. It was so good,
we decided to make our own batch and give some for Christmas gifts. Shh!
