Unusual Migrant

The weather was finally spring-like today, so we took a drive to Forest Lawn Cemetery
in Buffalo, NY. Along with the Redhead, Ring-necked, and Bufflehead ducks,
there was this Big Brown Bat flying over Mirror Lake. He flew right over
and landed on a tree right near us!

Awesome! A bat shot is on my bucket list. We see them all the time but they are way too fast for me. This is wonderful! Such great detail.
