I took my cell phone to a repair service this afternoon to replace
the front glass that broke when the phone fell from my pocket on the driveway
as I was greeting Murphy last Thursday morning. Since we had a bit of a wait,
we drove around and found a dog park. Within the park was this structure
from days gone by, and it made me sad and angry that the people who
are elected by us to maintain and improve things are more often
the cause of their decay through their mismanagement or neglect.
