Juvenile Brown Thrasher

So named because they are brown, but also because they thrash through the leaves looking for food.
If you look closely you can see he or she has a bug in their beak.
This is one of two we've spotted a couple of days ago, hopping around with their mom, and helping
to keep the gardens free of pests.
