I almost didn't get a shot today. I slipped and fell hard on the driveway near the reflector
on the left of the frame shortly after taking this shot—with camera in hand. My hip and elbow
took the brunt of the impact, and I dropped the camera from about 6" off the ground, into the
several inches of snow on that part of the driveway. Luckily I suffered only a deep bruise
and the camera and lens were fine.
