No glass, direct shot.
CJ, yes taken through a deep red veil she is wearing. Taken in the afternoon sun. The shadow on the veil is from the other (distant) edge of the veil

Very intriguing shot Cat. I keep trying to figure out how you did this. It looks as if she's wearing a maroon colored veil and there is a shadow across her face? Anyway - lovely shot and I like the lighting on her face and that little smile! :-) CJ
