OK. It's been a couple of days, so I'll reveal. Please stop reading if you prefer a mystery. This is the aluminum ceiling of my back porch. On left is a ceiling fan. The green is the shadow of one of the blades. Light sources are for the most part a pink sheet in the aviary (for the birds to hide in at night) and the rear lawn, so the green is the shadow of the ceiling fan blade with respect to the sheet but not the lawn. -- Victor
Thanks. This actually turned out just as I intended and serves well to illustrate the type of things I tend to notice around me. The subject is actually rather mundane. I suspect it's obvious to some and a mystery to others. For the latter group, I'll leave it that way for now.
Oddly enough, Victor, this is one of my favorite shots of yours. It's so imaginative ...leaving the viewer to imagine all sorts of things going on. ~Lydia
