My Garden

Today, from my garden.
Last year, my dad came and brought the bulbs that he'd dug from his garden, and helped me plant them in my garden.
He's generous that way. :)

Thanks, Pops. You were right... but I couldn't see it until I fixed it. It definitely needed a rotation. How about now? ~Lydia

Love this Lydia, but.... and this is a very minor complaint ... it needs just a bit of rotation. The vase appears to be leaning to the right, it's not vertical. Once I noticed that it's the only thing I see. I keep trying to pick up my monitor and ... well that doesn't work.

I am styling this image after the "Happy" style of high key images on this site that RK refers us to in our instructions. (see girl in red blous image)

I'm at a loss here... ~Lydia

Lydia, to really get a high-key photo, I think you should crop off most of the gladioli (maybe about halfway through the bottom left bloom). Then your main subject will be the beautiful soft tones of the lilies and the cut-glass vase. But then, what do I know?
