I'm surprised at how clean and tough in texture the image is at f2.8....excellent, Bob, excellent. Traveller

really nice idea for this challenge, Bob and a great photo - I can't imagine making a living like this, but I guess they must enjoy it. There's a guy on the boardwalk in Atlantic City, NJ who I know has been there doing this for years!

Thanks Cj, he is terrific at this, soooo.. realistic and thanks Lydia, the background was too distracting so needed a bit of assistance. I tried to catch a shot with a clear background but somebody would walk past at that 'shutter press' moment... lol

Pops, look forward to that ~ Regards Bob

Very fun, Bob! I like blur you've done, too. It really brings out the interaction between the two. ~Lydia

Bob, It is a shame we didn't know each other then. Mrs. Pops and I hope to someday repeat that vacation. Rest assured you'll hear from me if we do.

Great shot of the interaction of the "statue" with the children Bob! I didn't see him when we were in Melbourne but I did see some "statues" in Sydney. I'm amazed at how long they can hold their pose and then startle a passerby when they move! :-D Loved Melbourne BTW! :-) CJ

Could well be, he was across the road and down on the 'South Bank Walkway'... very good at not moving.

I think he has a wardrobe of costumes?

What a shame I didn't know you then Pops, would have been good to catch up and show you the sites? ~ Regards Bob

Perhaps this is the same, er, statue I saw in the year three.
