Thanks Michael, but my problem is that I don't really know how to resize the image. I imagine I go to Image Size. When I go there, the only live links are document size, rather than pixel dimensions, which are what I really need to control. Thanks, Julie

Julie, I think the problem is that you are working with the full-resolution image. Resize the image so that it's no larger than 800 pixels on the longest size. Then use "Save as" to save it as jpeg. You should be able to get the size under 150K with substantial quality. -Michael

Can anyone please advise me on how to bring this down to 150kb? I have used "Save As" at Quality 0, low, and this is still around 200kb. The on-screen prompt tells me -134.81@56.6kbps, baseline standard. I usually use "Save for Web", but can't use that this time. HELP! Julie
