A Wink is as Good as a Nod to a Blind Horse

What's kind of interesting is that this looks terrible as a thumbnail...but is extremely fine full size....Hummmmm

Yep I agree with Sharon, I have been a bit remiss commenting cos I have been a little busy recently and also I have a 'thing' against this company and their marketing strategies and the damage they continue to do to the health of their victims.

Having got that off my chest.... this is a great composition Trav and well captured. I like your title as well.

You have a steady hand because it is not easy to capture a crisp image of signs like this. Well done. ~ Regards Melbob

Sounds like you got a "run for the money" - and a great photo to boot.
Good job. Penny STreet

Wow and I thought taking pictures around Johannesburg was dodgy! I did mis-read the exif it is of course 1/25th. I like the title that was a Faces album?

Very impressive, Traveller. And yes, the thumbnail did not appear so impressive, but in larger size: WOW! Nicely done. Regards Nico

I just love the neon on black. And VERY on topic. *grin* Good one, Trav (but not worth risking your life -- or even your camera-- over! ~Lydia

Golly you have a tendency to live dangerously Trav. Those guys could have 'cracked' it ( no pun intended... lol)

Good one though... ~ Regards Melbob

No, it's about a 60% crop...so cropped but not that big....there was a drug deal going down in the parking lot when I pulled over to take this image....stopped the car, got out and ignored the nasty stares, (people doing drug deals don't really like someone with a camera hanging out near them....lol)...Hand held, Image Stabalization, 1/25th of a sec, 400asa.

Thanks for asking Michael....maybe I need some drugs...lol

I agree that it does look loads better in full size as most things do ;-) Very nice picture Traveller. Did you crop this a lot it seems you took it at 66mm so you must have been on the roof hanging on to your camera for 25secs!?
