This one taken with a diffused flash to the upper left, a reflector on the lower right and a second diffused (bubble wrapped) remote flash in the cab.

Sorry, Jim... feel free to ignore my question. I subsequently saw that the close-up is still in the gallery. I had assumed (incorrectly) that you replaced it with this. Apologies.

Much better than the close-up, in my opinion, Jim. Does the EXIF data still refer to the previous one? I am asking since the f/13.0 seems to contradict the amazingly good shallow DOF you achieved here? Well done again.
