Looks like the best solution to the problem, or maybe cloning more of that gorgeous sky. -tv

I can appreciate that point of view. The issue is that adding more sky would mean including all the building to both sides of the stack. That would be a lot of extra, unnecessary clutter. The picture was supposed to be about the stack, so I removed all the other elements from the viewfinder. I could have cropped the bottom off the stack, and then I'd have the upper half in endless sky, and that might have worked too, but I wanted the entire thing in the image and this was the only way to do that. Thanks. :) ~ Lonnit

I think lots of sky would have filled the frame very well and effectively. It's still an attractive image, but it seems cramped. -tv

You're right, I do see striped of blue now. Thanks. ~ Lonnit

Certainly all valid reasons for presenting this as you have. I didn't know it was stitched, but now that you mention it, you might want to smooth out the blue of the sky next to the M.

LOL! Because 10:4 won't fit the image! LOL! This was a 4 or 5 shot panorama, pieced together. Therefore, it was quite tall and narrow. If I tried to go as wide as possible, it cropped off the top of the stack. The only way to resolve it was to put a frame on it. The frame looked stupid being so wide on the sides but narrow on the top and bottom, so I had to add something in there to fill all the white space... hence the text! ~ Lonnit

Just curious, Lonnit. Why did you put the name in the frame?
