Nico,

It's the old Maglite trick again, but with a twist. Other than the lighting this is pretty much a straight on shot of a glass paper weight. If you unscrew (twist) the top completely off you end up with a bare bulb and a dim unfocused point light source. Move this light source in a spiraling motion and you get the bright lines reflected off the top of the paper weight. The reflection on the interior layers was an unexpected bonus. I was also playing with my new wireless remote and the Bulb setting.

Number below the photo. Perhaps an accurate observation. Perhaps a ruse. Perhaps something else. - Cat got Your Tongue

Very interesting image and also one I would like to know more about "how it was done".

Now who in these Challenges has a habit of putting the image number underneath...? Mmm... or is it somebody else imitating that person's style... :-) :-) Regards Nico
