Waiting for the elevator

Bar Harbor, Maine

Each plastic tub contains 60 pounds of raw coffee beans waiting to be placed in a large stainless steel funnel with a hose (otherwise known as the elevator) running vertically about nine feet to the top of another funnel just above the roasting chamber - see companion image Getting Roasted in Exhibition.

Lol.. "too late". Oh.. OK then. I'll be thinking of you as the coffee *guy*. Although that egghead picture was slightly ambiguous. Perhaps I should reserve my rights to change it to the 'coffee alien'.

Well! Good shot, and knockout amounts of coffee. Whatever the outcome, I'll forever be thinking of you as 'the coffee lady' after this challenge. Very interesting one in exhibition.
