Produces a sweet, bright, clean cup, a bit more complex as it cools; hints of apple, vanilla & nut.

Thanks all for the comments. These are especially green, some are more brownish, depends on the variety & region of origin.

I didn't realize unroasted beans were so green, either. I like the sharpness throughout the whole image. dtallakson
