This summer in Brittany we discovered the joy of pommeau, a delicious apple-based aperitif. My father, pictured here, particularly enjoyed it. I used the DxO Film Pack program, which is both a plug-in to Photoshop and a stand-alone program, to make a high-contrast B&W conversion that emulates Tri-X film, including the grain, and then tweaked it a bit in Photoshop. It takes me back to my early days in the darkroom!
