I've come back to this image several times torn between liking it the way it is or suggesting that it should be less sharp in places having regard to the topic.
I've decided that I like it the way it is, why would one want to blur a pretty subject like that anyway?
I would be tempted to lens blur the platform detail and the rooftop detail though so the image becomes an OOF image rather than a motion blur image? ( if that makes any sense at all?)... but then that might just ruin the composition... and maybe that's why I've never won one of these challenges? ;-(
I find everything interesting in this photo, except one thing. The model is without shoes in this surrounding, looks odd.

The very strong perspective, as Traveller has pointed out, needs something to stop the focus from disappearing into that vanishing point. What better element than a pretty girl. And the one bent knee makes her a bit more interesting.
Is this better as an OOF image or does it scream for sharpness? I don't know. But if the girl was tack sharp I think the platform around here would be distracting. That suggests to me a partial OOF (like a partial desat (Oh! what am I saying!)) I think I like it better this way.
With all the lines vanishing in the distance, yellow, white, white, white and concrete on top, this works quite well for me. Neat image. Best Wishes, Traveller
