Very well done! I can't believe it's you - quite daring, you've outdone me here! :) ~ Lonnit

Thanks, Jim, Melanie, Vikas and Mark! Sorry, Mark, it is not a mannequin but my usual model. The long neck kind of comes with the territory! Unfortunately, Jim, the flawless skin is the result of careful Photoshopping, I surely do wish I could Photoshop my actual skin to look like this! :-) ~Sharon

Cleaver indeed! Where's you "spot" this mannequin? Mannequins with long hair usually have long necks to account for a long haired wig. Please... don't tell me this is you now that I just called your subject a mannequin? :-) Markjay

Very nice indeed... Cheers, Vikas.

Well I think that the long neck is more of an artistic statement...a tighter crop would be a better graphical image....or just a better image? This depends on what you are trying to accomplish. Best Wishes, Traveller

I like this just the way it is. Sure the neck looks long but as you said, "thats the idea". The curving lines of dots, the long straight path between the abdomen and the chin makes for an interesting juxtaposition of forms.

As an aside- someone has taken great care of their skin and obviously avoided damages from the sun for quite some time!

Thanks, everyone! Traveller, this was exactly the effect I was aiming at, which is why the space between the scarf is the same width as the neck. It makes that very strong long vertical that cuts the image into thirds. But I do see what you mean and an image cropped where the scarf goes around behind the neck would make an even more graphic statement. If I have time tonight maybe I will post a cropped version. Thanks! ~Sharon

Delicate and strong at the same time.I like the contrasts .

Love the strong vertical element in this shot. Good work, Sharon!

You do know Sharon, for whatever reason, the neck appears unusually long...I think I might prefer a tighter crop on the top of the image, but maybe this is a Modigliani effect you were shooting for.

Best Wishes, Traveller

Sharon, I knew that you are an excellent photographer, but I did not know that you are a talented plastic surgeon as well. Lovely work. Sam Attal

Oh Wow. I had something in mind but my model wouldn't do it...still, it was nothing and nowhere as good as this is! Superior! And, the title just couldn't be better. I will surly vote for this...I am committed. Best Wishes, Traveller
