Thanks, guys. I'm very excited about the images I've processed so far, and can't wait to get them all done. I will post them in my Flickr gallery as a complete work. When I do, of course you will all be the first to know. :) ~ Lonnit

This one's a keeper, Lonnit.

I'd be very interested to see your "Day in the Life of a Camera Keeper" series. Good idea! ~Lydia

Thank you, Sharon. That's quite a high compliment indeed! No, this isn't posed at all - it's completely candid. I'd gone to a Jay Maisel presentation the night before. Jay said he keeps his camera with him all the time so he doesn't miss opportunity. I was so inspired, that although I cannot commit to lugging the camera everywhere, I did commit to one complete day of keeping it by my side from waking to bedtime. It was a wonderful experience and I shot so many images I never would have shot. This was shot while waiting for the elevator as we were leaving to go to school. I have many images that have very pleasantly surprised me, and I am thrilled at having done it! When I've completed processing of all the images, I will upload them to one gallery for all to explore. They have a nice flow to them and document one day in my life. It is an extremely rewarding project. I think I will likely have it printed in book format.

The lighting, BTW, is bounced flash. Thanks so much! ~ Lonnit

Very nice, Lonnit! I like the angle and the lighting very much. This looks totally unposed but my common sense tells me that it must have been very carefully set up. Excellent work! ~Sharon
