Yes, Bob. I saw that when I visited Australia two years ago. The price of urban sprawl is high on multiple levels. Also, near eradication of these animals natural predators (in Michigan, the wolves and bears) has resulted in explosion of there population. Thanks. Sam Attal

Unfortunately all too common these days Sam. I for one recognise honesty when I see/hear it... so your word is good enough for me!

We have a major problem with kangaroos especially at dawn or at dusk. They bounce out from the cover of scrub/trees and are not much fun as 'mascots' especially for motorcycle riders.

A friend of mine has had a number of convergences with Roos whilst riding his Goldwing and ended coming to rest between trees with a busted bike and a few fractures.

Luckily he has survived each confrontation and I (being empathic and such a sensitive bloke...!) took great delight in attaching stick-on templates to record each occasion on his new bike .... his nickname is 'skip' (after the old TV series Skippy the Bush Kangaroo...lol) ~ Regards Merlbob

Well if you did a BAC and it read lower than 0.08%, then I'll let you slide on this....this time...lol.

What great fun.

Best wishes, Traveller (but do avoid hitting the deer, they will easily kill a human being coming through a windshield at speed)

Trav, I do not know about your area, but in Michigan, at least where I live, road kill is a daily sight. Deer accidents are #1. As far as Alcohol-related issues, I am a pathologist; therfore, my word is authoritative as far as the cause of death. lol. Sam Attal

How do you know that this was Not Alcohol-related? The Raccoon maybe drunk like a fish....hence his/her wandering onto the highway...Have you thought of that! Ha!....lol

Or further, maybe the person that hit this poor baby was...drunk when he hit it and that's why he didn't miss.

Ahh, the endless possibilities.

Best Wishes, Traveller

I am sorry Cindy, I will resize tomorrow. Thanks for the critique. That was my daughter, actually playing hide-and-seek with her siblings. Sam Attal

Hey Sam - forgot to mention, this went over the size limit - please fix when you get a chance! Thanks, Cindy

Left over "new" trash. Hopefully these trimmings are going to a wood recycling operation somewhere. Very unique take with the person entering the "doorway" - nice one Sam! Cindy
