Nice 3D sculpting of the main subject here - the limited DOF of tele lenses really makes them stand out. And ditto what jnconradie said: Wonderful background, almost like an antique backdrop painting..

Great expression on the rider's face here. And your photo proves that horses do pick up all of their feet at once at some point in their stride :) I am seeing a number of possible challenges for which this could have been intended. Challenge 14: Movement, Challenge 37: Capturing Emotion, Challenge 48: Games and Hobbies, Challenge 86: Sweat, and Challenge 87: Living Colour come to mind. But I'm guessing that the real intent here was Challenge 48: Games and Hobbies. Jim H.
