I've been going through my old negatives, cataloging, cleaning some up, scanning & printing them. As I recall this was taken in either downtown Oakland or San Francisco (California), outside an ID Photo-In-An-Hour place. I like the idea of "meta-photos", don't you? ;)
That is very different/unique! I would be interested in knowing some more about the background to this notice board and the pics on it, if possible. Compliments and regards jnconradie
